3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access necessary to complete the project. Delays in feedback or approvals may shift timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive license to use project deliverables for your business. Third‑party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for project purposes.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 14 days. You remain responsible for fees for work performed to date.

9. Publicity

We may reference your name and logo in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
